Tell us abit about yourself..?

I'm 16. I've been to Turkey once last year and that was enough to make me fall in love with it. I really want to go again but my family aren't so keen so I'll have to wait til I'm older.

What made you first decide to visit Turkey?

The hotel, basically. Aqua Fantasy. The huge water park, the location, the entertainment and the food. It really stood out for us in the brochure because Ive got two younger brothers and we kind of needed somewhere they wouldn't get bored.

Which cities have you visited in Turkey?

We stayed in Kusadasi so we went into town a few times, although we managed to stay within the hotel most of the time. We also visited Pamukkale and Ephesus and Bodrum on the last day. Everywhere I went in Turkey was as amazing as the last place.

Would you like to visit again? If yes - What is it about Turkey that you love?

Yes, I'll definitely visit again. When I can afford it. What I love about Turkey is firstly the weather! Of course, but it has to have something else to attract you I guess because half the world has amazing weather. Other highlights are the people, they are so friendly and dedicated to the tourists, the amazing places to see: Ephesus was beautiful and Pamukkale was such an amazing place to go.

Did you feel safe in Turkey?

I felt safe yeh. But there were a couple of times when the guys were really full on flirty which was scary, especially when my friend did it back and went too far. But I guess if you didn't want the attention you could easily avoid it.

How were the Turkish people?

The Turkish people were awesome. They made the holiday. They were always on their feet and spending time with the tourists and were super friendly. We made friends with some of the entertainment crew and they took the time to remember our names and come back and talk to us. It kind of made the hotel a nicer place to stay because you know that there’s always someone there to help you have fun. Me and some friends got pretty close with some of the guys that worked there [nothing happened lol] and we actually missed them when we went home.

Do you have any suggestions for new visitors to Turkey? Travel - tour tips? Can you recommend any specific places or advice?

I don’t really know that much about Turkey as a whole, but I would recommend Aqua Fantasy hotel to anyone taking kids to Turkey.
